BootyFull is an 8-week booty-building program that I designed. It comes in two versions: One for the gym, and one you can follow at home.
The program is presented as a mini E-book for download. Each week, you will have 3 to 4 exercises to follow. Each exercise has instrucitonal photos as well as links to video demonstrations.
It’s not just a list of exercises. It’s a complete and structured booty-building program. There’s also guidelines and videos for mobilizations, activations, foam rolling and stretching.
BootyFull, ideally, is designed as an add-on to your regular full-body fitness routine. Or it can also be followed on it’s own.
And there’s just a few, inexpensive tools to which you need access to follow the program. I highly recommend you get your own set of mini-bands. They’re an invaluable tool. I like these ones.
For better recovery and mobility, I love foam rolling. I dig this solid, travel-sized one.
Lastly, if you intend to follow the home version you will need a medium resistance band, like so.
