Below are just some of the comments left on the Facebook group page for my Undo Overdoing It Detox and Fat-loss Challenge that ran in January, 2016. And see below just some of the before and after pictures.
“Been on a chlorophyll kick, I have so much energy and my mood is outta this world. This is a supplement I am going to keep in my fridge. Thank you so much Edith Werbel for the recommendation in your plan. I did some research and the benefits are out standing!!! Thank you so much. I also live the calming energy from the matcha tea. I love that I have tried supplements that I’ve never thought to try. I also got some kombucha. Thank to who ever posted this. I have found my new roller derby bout day drinks. I think I’m going to be on top of my game thus year. Can’t freaking wait two more weeks and derby season starts.”
“Craving carbs but feelin good!! Wayyyy less watery so crazy!!”

“Day 1 for me! The turmeric tea isn’t so bad, and those “muffins” are delish! I made mine with turkey bacon. Yum.”

“Anyone else seen no change on the scale yet, but overall feeling much better and looking great too??”
“Since day one, the positivity and support of the members of this group has been astounding. Keep doing what your doing, stay strong, no excuses, look to each other, we got this, and what a fabulous way to start off the New year, by making healthy changes. xo”

“So today was a great day for me (day 10). I have type one diabetes (insulin dependent) and had one of my appointments at the diabetic clinic today. About a year ago my hba1c was the highest result I’d had in forever. Today was very different, since I’ve started clean eating and with help of this challenge I managed to get my hba1c below the ideal target of 65, and my lowest ever result.”
“So proud and been filled with so much more motivation to not “fall off the wagon” and keep my health and fitness on track!!!!”
“So I got on the scale yesterday, it was day 8 for me and I couldn’t believe it! I am down 6 lbs!!! I had to weigh myself 3 times because I just couldn’t believe it!!! It was very motivating!
This morning I took pictures of myself and felt awful. Seeing pictures of myself so exposed and vulnerable was very difficult. On one hand it very motivating to stay on track and keep working hard. On the other hand it made me so angry and sad that I allowed myself to get to such an unhealthy place where I don’t like some aspect of myself very much.
I am trying to remember this is a journey and it will be what I make it! I am glad I have this group and support to help me with my journey!”

“I’m on day 8 and remeasured today, my hips are down an inch, my waist at belly button down an inch and my small waist down .5 inch. My weight has not moved, however I’ve been kicking it into high gear working out and lifting. I think next Tuesday I am going to have even better results!!! Next week roller derby training starts. I’m so excited for two more skating days. The first 5 -6 days were the worst. Irregular, headaches, and no energy. Day 7, 8 and 9 I’ve been energetic and smiling a lot. My complexion and skin color looks so healthy. I could whistle and skip everywhere I go.”
“This group is really great. I’m at home on my own, and desperately want to open those bags of chips (emotional eating at it’s best). Seeing everyone’s posts is a really good support and strength for not going there ☺”
“Week 1 finished and 5.5lbs down. Last time I was this weight was 21st Nov so the Christmas overdo has been undone. Thank you Edith Werbel.”
“4.2 pounds and 6 inches down… and thats only 1 week! yahoo! Oh, and did I mention no stop at Tim Hortons? 👍”
“Hope everyone has a great day today! Wake up and thrive! Live your day in love and gratitude! 😊
I am loving this group! I think it is really cool to be able to connect with so many different people form all over the world! I’ve noticed people from Spain, Canada and many other places! So cool! I live Pennsylvania. Where are you from?”

“Hi everyone ! It’s great to see so many participate in this detox program ! I’m starting week two and am starting to see some changes. Being an emotional eater my biggest challenge is dealing with stress so I started to meditate , and of course cutting on coffee.Looking forward to week two.
La vie est belle !”
“I made the Rocket Matcha today, and it is now my favorite hot drink!!! It was awesome, I loved it! Thank you Edith Werbel so much for the recipes in the plan and all the other recipes everyone has been posting!”

“Hello everyone, I’ve been MIA due to work, but I’ve been sticking to the plan. Today’s my cheat meal day , but I find myself feeling indifferent towards it, and I’m so very happy to be able to say that 😁💪👍 To me this is a clear sign that I have broken my addiction to carbs and sweets. Even better – this was a socially busy weekend, and not once have I caved to have a glass of vino. That to me is a huge victory because I love me some wine 😆
Also, I haven’t lost any more weight, have also not measured myself but feel and see fantastic changes already. This has NEVER happened to me on any other “diets” before, so overall, this challenge is a resounding success for me. Have a happy Sunday all! 😆😘”
“The Undo Over doing it Detox program set up by Edith Werbel was the best way I could have jumpstarted my health and fitness. The program was well planned out, provided clear guidelines for getting started and for each week you progressed. There were some recipes provided, that worked amazingly for prepping ahead of time, and then freeze until needed. The wealth of knowledge and experience that Edith has, allows her to teach you the importance of quality of foods, supplements, and lifestyle changes, that is imperative to balance you in mind, body, and health. I have more energy, confidence, and less pain, allowing me to ramp up my workouts. I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis, arthritis in my spine, and just this past fall, unexplainable chest pains, even though my heart is healthy. I started taking magnesium and have not had any pains, or palpations this entire month. So not only did this program teach me about internal health, allow me to lose ten pounds, and a total of 10.25 inches, it has helped me eliminate pain that I thought I had to live with. This is my experience with this program. I plan on doing it again in a few months, and I have made many friends that have asked to join me in the next round. Thank you from the bottom of heart Edith, and all the best in your future programs… I want to know about them! “
